In application of the law of 5 September 2018, Dammann Frères measured its index relating to professional equality between women and men.
Dammann Frères obtained an overall score of 91 points out of 100 on the professional equality index for the 2019 financial year. Score beyond the 75 points to be reached in accordance with Decree N°2019-15 of January 8, 2019.
This result shows the importance of our commitment and the various initiatives we have been taking for several years in the area of professional equality within our company.
The Professional Equality Index is rated on 100 points based on four indicators for those with 50 to 249 employees:
1- The pay gap: comparison of the average pay of women and men, by age group and by socio-professional category (CSP) or other job classification: 0 to 40 points;
2- The gap in the distribution of individual pay rises between women and men: 0 to 20 points for companies with more than 249 employees;
3- The percentage of female employees receiving an increase on return from maternity leave: 0 or 15 points;
4- Gender parity among the ten highest paid employees: 0 to 10 points.
