Tea from Japan - SHINCHA DHARMA 2019 - Box of 50G
Singularities : Only 150kg of this tea has been harvested. Here we encounter the Yabukita variety, the most used in the Shizuoka region. The name of SHINCHA DHARMA was given by his producer, Mr Wada in reference to the Darumas, Japanese papier- mâché figurines in the shape of a Buddhist monk.
Attack :Vegetal and flowery.
Heart : A liquor both floral and fresh (evoking freshly cut grass). A texture almost oily that recalls the world of perfumery. Delicate notes of spring flowers.
Long lasting notes : A very slight astringency that allows a fine length on the palate.
Aromatic family : Vegetal.
