Oolong teas

These grands Crus take their name from the Chinese word Wu Long, meaning Black Dragon, a symbol of authority and nobility. Called semi-oxidized teas or blue-green teas, their leaves, rolled into twists or pearls during the manufacturing process, combine the invigorating flavor of green tea with the sweetness of black tea during infusion.
