Tea from Korea - Jeoncha Céleste
This tea is only harvested in the spring for about 10 days. Its needle-shaped leaves have a dark green color, reminiscent of Japanese Sencha. The infusion delivers a light green smooth-textured liquor with vegetal, slightly astringent notes and with fresh long tasting notes.
