Tea from China - Gunpowder
Gunpowder to the Westerners, or more poetically "tea pearls" for the Chinese, is associated with mint tea preparations in Maghreb. One teaspoon of tea is used to make a pint of liquor, with the addition of a small bunch of mint and sugar to taste. Perfect as an accompaniment to fish, lemon, mint, smoked and barbecued meat.
