Coming from Uji, heart of Matcha tea production, these tea leaves, produced from Okumidori cultivar were harvested in a single tea garden. It needs one hour to grind 20 to 30 g of tea using traditional stone mill. This Grand Cru, Matcha Ceremony, offers a cup with creamy texture and marine and green notes.
