How to prepare iced tea?
Iced tea lovers who are loyal to DAMMANN Frères are surely already familiar with the flavors we have selected and offer packaged in Cristal® sachets 'specially designed for iced preparation' (boxes of 6 sachets).
DAMMANN Frères offers a selection of teas and infusions packaged in Cristal® sachets 'specially designed for iced preparation' (boxes of 6 sachets). For convenient and easy use, we have pre-dosed these sachets with the perfect amount for brewing in a volume of spring water up to 1.5 L.
Choose your tea and infuse 5g of it in 1 liter of water brought to the recommended brewing temperature. Respect the recommended steeping time and place it in the refrigerator to cool. If you wish to serve your chilled infusion over ice, feel free to make a stronger brew by using 7 to 8g of tea for the same volume of water. Among our flavored blends, let yourself be tempted by Miss Dammann, Passion de Fleurs, Fraise-Pistache, Oolong Citrons, Carcadet Litchi-Citron vert, Tisane Bali… To make your tastings more festive, let your imagination and desires guide you, and add a few pieces of fruit or aromatic herb leaves to the infusion once the tea has cooled. 3 ways to prepare your tea:
With the Iced Tea Maker
- Unscrew the top part of the iced tea maker
- Add ice cubes
- Fill 1/3 of the iced tea maker with water
- Check that the filter is securely screwed in
- Add your tea along with water heated to the right temperature
- (1 iced tea sachet, 2 regular tea sachets, or 5g of loose tea)
- Let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes
- Release the infusion by turning the lid
- Your iced tea is ready to serve

With a teapot:
- Place 1 pre-dosed sachet in your teapot
- Pour in water heated to the right temperature (1 Liter of water per sachet)
- Let it steep
- Let it cool
- Serve over ice
