Black Tea
Tea from India - Darjeeling 1st flush SINGBULLI 2025 Grand Cru
This batch is a perfect example of the incredible skills of this plantation, both in how it tastes and the outward appearance of the leaf. From young AV2 clonal shrubs at the Singbulli division. It has all the characteristics of a 1st flush tea by its spring floral notes (white lilies, white roses, tulips...) but with a combination of a slight astringency and subtly sweet notes on the finish.
Harvest: Fine and manual.
Garden detail: Spreads over more than 9 hills and 4 plots (22 km from one end of the garden to the other).
