How white tea is manufactured?

Stages involved in producing white tea.

White tea buds in bulk.

1- WITHERING, an essential step that lasts up to 72 hours and is completed in the open air, triggering a gentle, natural oxidation.

2- DRYING of the leaves, which are spread out on trays and placed in an oven for one hour. Minimum handling of the leaves produces delicate teas that preserve the plants’ inherent fresh and vegetal flavours.
